Scams are everywhere, and guess what? They’re not just hiding in some dark corners of the online world, they’re right there at the top of our search results. 😑 It’s absolutely outrageous!

There’s one name that’s been doing the rounds lately, and it’s high time we spoke up about it: Podobrace. Let’s call it what it is, a snake oil shop, pure and simple! 😠 It’s high time we exposed these fraudsters for what they truly are.

Now, I’m not one to bash a business without a reason. I’ve been at the receiving end of their scam, and let me tell you, it’s not pleasant. Not. At. All. πŸ˜’ They’re ripping off unsuspecting people who are just looking for some relief from their health issues.

Their product line? Cheap knock-offs made in China, probably in factories that have never seen a regulation in their lives! 😀 But you wouldn’t know that from their product descriptions. Oh no, they’d have you believe that their products are the end-all solution to your problems. A knee brace? A posture corrector? Sure, they look the part, but they’re as effective as a paper parachute!

And the audacity of Podobrace to charge ludicrous prices for these subpar products! It’s outright robbery! 😑 They increase their bids to appear at the top of the search results, tricking more people into buying their overpriced trash. And the worst part? You can get the same stuff for a fraction of the price a few scrolls down!

I’m fuming, honestly. 😠 To think that there are people who are okay with preying on others’ vulnerabilities, especially when it comes to health conditions, just to make a quick buck! It’s sickening, and it needs to stop. We need to get these snake oil shops shut down. It’s high time!

So, do me a favor, folks. Stay clear of Podobrace and all other businesses of their ilk. Share your experiences, talk to people, let’s make sure no one else falls for their scams! πŸ‘ŠπŸ’’

https://shoewawa.com/forums-1/topic/raynauds-disease-silver-socks-are-a-scam/#post-20368 <![CDATA[Raynaud’s Disease silver socks are a SCAM!]]> https://shoewawa.com/forums-1/topic/raynauds-disease-silver-socks-are-a-scam/#post-20368 Mon, 15 Jan 2024 16:50:25 +0000 melly As someone who suffers from Raynauds, I am no stranger to the discomfort and pain that comes along with it. Raynauds, for the uninitiated, is a disease that limits blood circulation, causing areas of your body – like your hands and feet – to feel numb and cold in response to cold temperatures or stress. Winter is a particularly dreaded time because it feels like my feet have moved into the Arctic Circle, icy cold, numb, and stiff, to the point where I sometimes struggle with walking.

When I heard about these “Raynauds disease silver socks”, I thought I had found my silver lining – pun intended. But, oh, how I wish I hadn’t bothered! The anger I feel towards the so-called health and care shops selling these products is immeasurable. Promising to aid with Raynauds, all they’ve delivered is disappointment.

The quality of these products is appallingly. I suspect they’re churned out in some dingy factory in China, produced with the cheapest materials available. Instead of genuine silver, they are barely more than thin, cheap cotton socks with a smattering of silver-coloured acrylic. The insulation they claim to offer on their product page is nothing short of fictitious, making these socks an utter waste of hard-earned money!

My first venture outside after donning these socks saw me suffer a brutal Raynauds episode. My feet felt as if they had been plunged into an ice-bath, unshielded from the freezing temperatures. So much for their claims of aiding with Raynauds episodes!

It’s sickening how these online shops are preying on the vulnerable, capitalizing on their health conditions. The greed and lack of ethics on display is truly disgusting. Who are these people who deem it okay to exploit people’s suffering for a quick buck?

Sadly, I know I wont be the only one to fall for this scam. If you’ve likewise been duped into buying these useless socks, I empathize with you immensely. Share your experience below and help spread the word. The more people are aware, the fewer victims these scam-artists will be able to con.

To all the others out there struggling with Raynauds, keep your spirits up! There are genuine products and strategies out there that can help manage your symptoms – don’t let this discourage you in your search for comfort. #RaynaudsAwareness #HealthScams #BuyerBeware

https://shoewawa.com/forums-1/topic/avoid-makeup-from-temu/#post-20365 <![CDATA[Reply To: Avoid Makeup from TEMU!]]> https://shoewawa.com/forums-1/topic/avoid-makeup-from-temu/#post-20365 Fri, 29 Dec 2023 11:49:47 +0000 melly Oh, lovely, I’m proper gutted to hear about what’s happened to ya! πŸ’”πŸ˜ž No one should have to go through that.

Now about this scar of yours, don’t ya worry hun. Scars do fade over time, but there are a few things you can do to help it along the way. First off, keep it well moisturised. A good moisturiser can help your skin heal, and it’ll also keep it soft and supple. You can also try a scar treatment cream – there are quite a few out there, so ask your pharmacist for a recommendation. 🧴

Sunscreen is also important. The sun can darken scars and make them more visible, so slap on a good sun cream whenever you’re out and about. Also eat your fruits and veggies, and plenty of water will boost your skin’s natural healing process. 🍎πŸ₯¦

Remember that you’re more than just your scar. You’re a strong, beautiful woman, and this is just a temporary setback. Don’t let it stop you from living your best life. 😘

I decided to try their concealer, you know, to cover up those minor imperfections. I never thought it would end up giving me a major one. πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

Barely a few seconds after applying it, I could feel my skin starting to burn. I quickly removed it, but the damage was done. Now, I’m left with a grotesque scar, smack in the middle of my nose. It’s big and ugly, a constant reminder of that fateful day.

The worst part? It’s not just a physical scar. It’s a mental one too. I’ve stopped going out, stopped seeing my friends. Every time I look in the mirror, I’m reminded of the nightmare. It’s affected my self-esteem, my confidence, and turned my life upside down.

But why did this happen, you ask? It’s because the makeup products from Temu are laced with harmful and toxic chemicals. These substances can cause severe skin irritation, allergic reactions, and in extreme cases, even burns. It’s like playing Russian roulette with your skin. Not worth it, right?

So here I am, with a plea: stay away from Temu and similar cheap chinse websites. Don’t let the allure of cheap prices fool you. The cost on your skin and health is far too high.

So let’s make a pact, shall we? Let’s be vigilant about what we put on our skin, to say no to dubious brands from china, and to prioritize our health over affordability. After all, as the saying goes, “When you look good, you feel good.” But never at the cost of your well-being. πŸ™…β€β™€οΈπŸš«

https://shoewawa.com/forums-1/topic/how-i-beat-plantar-fasciitis/#post-20327 <![CDATA[How I beat Plantar fasciitis!]]> https://shoewawa.com/forums-1/topic/how-i-beat-plantar-fasciitis/#post-20327 Mon, 24 Apr 2023 09:21:26 +0000 shoewawa As I sit here sipping on my hot cuppa, I can’t help but reminisce about the time I suffered from the agony of plantar fasciitis. It was like walking on hot coals, but worse. Every step felt like a thousand needles poking my poor little arches. I couldn’t even wear my beloved high heels, which was a tragedy in itself. But I soldiered on, determined to find a way to heal my poor feet and get back to my fabulous shoe collection.

Plantar fasciitis is a common condition that affects many people, especially those who are active and love to run or dance. It’s like a sneaky little devil that creeps up on you, slowly but surely. Before you know it, you’re hobbling around like an old granny, unable to do anything without pain. It’s a cruel and unfair condition, but it doesn’t have to be the end of the world.

When I was dealing with my plantar fasciitis, I tried everything under the sun to heal my feet. I rubbed them with all kinds of oils and creams, I soaked them in hot water, and I even tried acupuncture (which was a whole other experience, let me tell you). But what really helped me was taking care of my feet and giving them the support they needed.

First things first, I had to figure out what caused my plantar fasciitis in the first place. After some investigation, I realized that it was probably because I went for a run in some crappy shoes with no support. Lesson learned, folks. Invest in some good quality shoes with proper arch support. Your feet will thank you for it, trust me.

But even with good shoes, sometimes your feet need a little extra TLC. That’s where FootReviver Arch support insoles come in. These babies are a game-changer. They provide the perfect amount of support and cushioning for your arches, taking the strain off and allowing your feet to heal properly. I swear by them now and always make sure to have a pair in every pair of shoes I own.

So if you’re dealing with the pain of plantar fasciitis, don’t give up hope. Take care of your feet, invest in some good shoes, and try out some FootReviver Arch support insoles!

I tried them for about a week and then threw them in the bin because they felt very uncomfortable to wear and hurt my feet. I bought them to help ease my plantar fasciitis but they seemed to make my plantar fasciitis worse not better. I am not going to buy any more scholl products from no on. Too expensive, cheaply made and far from comfortable!

I managed to buy some much better Footreviver insoles for half the price.
