Frequently asked questions

How long will these last?
We recommended regularly replacing these supports as overtime the support will wear out and the benefits that they provide your feet weaken as a result. Depending upon how often you wear them for the average wearer these supports should last 3-4 months. If you are an athlete or runner and wear them inside your shoes regularly then the supports may wear out faster as a result.

Do I have to wear these with shoes?
No! These foot supports unlike insoles do not require you to wear them with shoes. This means you can wear them around the house without having to messy up your carpet when wearing them!

If I have swollen feet or diabetes can I still wear them?
These supports use stretchy elasticated band that straps around your foot to keep the support in place. This elasticated band has been designed to be as gentle as possible on the wearers feet and will not restrict blood flow to the foot. However if you are concerned about wearing these foot supports as you think they may prevent circulation to your feet then you should seek a medical opinion from your doctor first before wearing them. If you have any problems regarding the arch support after purchasing them you can return them to us within 30 days of receiving them to get a full refund!

Will these help foot pain caused by plantar fasciitis?
Plantar fasciitis affects the plantar fascia of your foot. The plantar fascia ligament that supports the arch of your foot and helps to shift weight from your heel to your toes when you walk. Over stretching and overuse of the plantar fascia can cause it to become damaged and inflamed, when this occurs then you have plantar fasciitis.
There are lots of different things that can cause your plantar fascia to become overused and overstretched.
For example if you have a biomechanical imbalance that places excessive pressure on your foot when you walk. You can also damage your plantar fascia if you regularly walk or stand for long periods on hard surfaces due to the build up of pressure and shock underneath the soles of your feet.
Wearing tight and ill fitting shoes that push your feet into a unnatural and uncomfortable position can also cause pressure on your feet and cause damage to the plantar fascia.
Wearing foot arch supports can help to give your arches more support and in doing so take away strain and tension off the arches of your feet which would other wise damage them. Arch supports also help to reposition your feet using orthotic compression technology helping to correct your pronation. When wearing a pair of these foot arch supports when you walk or run your feet will never over pronate or supinate helping to reduce strain and tension on your plantar fascia.

For months now I have been suffering from really bad plantar fasciitis and have tried just about everything to try to get rid of it but nothing seemed to work. I then gave these supports ago and they have really helps. I don’t have to wear shoes with them so I can wear them around the house and when I go to bed to give my feet support 24/7. Now my feet are improving really well and at this rate my plantar fasciitis will be gone in a couple more days which I am really happy about. I cannot recommend these things enough!
