I have flat feet and at work I used suffer from really bad foot aches and pain but not anymore thanks to these insoles. The arch support that these give my feet has really helped a lot at stopping me from straining my feet when I am on my feet . My only complain would be that they were just a bit too big for my normal shoes and so can only fit into my big work boots which is a bit of a shame.
