Kind of expensive for two bits of plastic but they do work! I wear these inside my flats at work and they are really good! If I forget to put them in my shoes then by the end of a long shift my heels start hurting like crazy. So, that is why I am buying another pair right now so I can put them in my work boots for good and don’t have to keep on taking them out to put them in another pair of shoes.

I have been wearing these for a few week now and I honestly don’t know how my feet used to cope without them. Literally now the first thing I do when I buy a new pair of shoes is to make sure that I order a pair of these as well to go in them. A top tip if you buy some would be to make sure that you stick some adhesive to the bottom of them so that they do not move around inside your shoes when you wear them and then you will be good to go!
