  1. I have flat feet and always wear these inside my shoes. I have been wearing these insoles for a few years now and they have not failed me once. If I forget to wear them in my shoes my feet will get really sore and inflamed pretty quick. In the past, I tried other inserts to help my flat feet but none seem to help my feet out even more expensive custom insoles didn’t help. If you have flat feet then I would strongly suggest you buy these ones as you won’t have to worry about having sore feet ever again 🙂

  2. I have searched everywhere for some good insoles with enough support for my flat feet and finally found these ones! They are exactly what my feet need, supporting my arch perfectly taking away strain and holding my arch in a natural position when I run. Before, when I would go running my arches would quickly get inflamed, tight and sore, but with some of these inside my running shoes, I no longer have this problem. The only negatives that I can think of are that if you do buy some then the insole may feel uncomfortable at first… this is because your feet must first break into them. It took me 2 weeks for my feet to get used to them but after that I was fine. Also, another con is that they don’t last that long, well it does depend on how often you use them but for me, I have to keep on replacing them every 3 months. But apart from those 2 negatives, I would definitely recommend these.

  3. I have a pair of these arch support insoles and I really couldn’t do without them. I bought them because I started to get a tight sharp pain in one of my arches which gradually got worse and worse. I decided to go see a physio who told me that I had plantar fasciitis and that I needed to wear some extra support in my shoes. I tried just about every insole around but none that I tried seemed to work. Eventually, however, I came across these and within a week of wearing them, my plantar fasciitis was almost gone. I am really surprised how good these insoles are.. they easily beat all of the other that I tired which cost in some cases 5x as much. If you have plantar fasciitis then I say do yourself a favor and buy these!
