I needed some good shock absorbing trainers so I bought a pair, and I am really glad I did because the shock absorption doesn’t disappoint and has really helped stop the balls of my feet from hurting when I run.
The only downside I can think of with these shoes is that if you get them wet or muddy then it is a nightmare as the material just soaks it up straight away and they are very hard to wash… so just don’t run in them when it is raining! Also now that I think of it they don’t really stabilize my ankle very well either :/ but for the price, I cannot complain because I have had shoes twice the price of these and nowhere near as good!
