shoewawaKeymaster“I travel a lot for work and need some comfy shoes to fly in. Like you I never wear trainers and I wouldn’t be caught dead in mum-shoes, flip-flops just aren’t suitable and ballet flats are a bit flimsy. Any ideas?” – Fliss
Ah, the age old question of what to wear to ‘go’ in. There are plenty of flight shoes around but they are always a bit mumsy. I tend to fly in either canvas plimsolls or a pair of mocassins with bows on, but if you want to look a bit smarter, I’ve just discovered these beauties at Debenhams which I think would be perfect. You’ve got all the style and comfort of a ballet pump but with a sturdier looking sole. They’re £35 from J by Jasper Conran. Bargain!
