  1. These are some very cool shoes and make you look like you’ve just stepped out of some sci-fi movie. Not only are they extraordinarily comfortable to wear but and with the right insoles, they will protect your feet against just about all shock so you won’t have to worry about your feet aching after a run. They do cost a quite a bit at $150 but well worth the money.

  2. These are just the best! Before I had a pair of Newbalance shoes which were okay but compared to these they suck. These shoes are just in another league they feel so great and I feel as though I am running faster and more efficiently. At $150 they are a bit on the expensive side but are definitely worth the money.

  3. I recently bought a pair of these shoes and unless you have super narrow feet they will feel really tight. This is really unfortunate because I really like the super soft foam insole in them which seemed to support my feet just right 🙁 Going to take them back and see if they have any bigger sizes.

  1. I needed some good shock absorbing trainers so I bought a pair, and I am really glad I did because the shock absorption doesn’t disappoint and has really helped stop the balls of my feet from hurting when I run.
The only downside I can think of with these shoes is that if you get them wet or muddy then it is a nightmare as the material just soaks it up straight away and they are very hard to wash… so just don’t run in them when it is raining! Also now that I think of it they don’t really stabilize my ankle very well either :/ but for the price, I cannot complain because I have had shoes twice the price of these and nowhere near as good!

  1. Not for me! I bought a pair of these shoes and I really didn’t like them. They felt way too bulky and heavy for me. also, they don’t really have a lot of arch support and seem to position my feet to flat. That being said these shoes are good if have wider feet and are wanting lots and I mean LOTS of room.

  1. Worst running shoes ever! AVOID!!!
I really don’t know why Newbalance is so highly rated by everyone.. yes they look good but they are awful in all other respects. I have a pair of these Newbalance shoes and after the first week of running in them, they started to full apart. This is because they have been made using the cheapest materials possible. The shoes don’t support my feet at all and you can feet every shock and jolt if you run on pavement wearing them.. they are practically useless for running and could get your feet injured if you’re not careful. The lesson learnt is to never buy a pair of shoes just based on what they look like. Don’t waste your time and money buying these as they are appalling and I will never buy the Newbalance brand ever again!

  1. I have a pair of these and I really like them. They are extremely comfortable to wear giving your feet plenty of room and I love the support they give me. Also, these shoes do last a long time… I go running every day and I have had mine for a couple of months and only now thinking about buying some new ones! The one bad thing about them is how bulky the soles are.. this is good at absorbing lots of shocks but can weight down your feet if you are on a long run.

  1. Good all round running shoes! My brother bought me a pair of these for my birthday.. he bought them solely based upon what they looked like and didn’t even research if they were good for running or not..luckily I wasn’t disappointed with them. They are super grippy on just about any surface you can think of, really lightweight, with good shock absorption and hold my feet nicely in place. 🙂 Sometimes you should judge a book by its cover!

  1. I really l like the design on these shoes plus they are really lightweight… I just hate it when running shoes are really bulky. These shoes also perform well when running on hard surfaces stopping just about all shocks and jolts. These + some good orthotic insoles and you cannot go wrong!

  1. I love the quality of these shoes and the attention to detail with the stitching is really good. If you buy these you are buying quality plain and simple. The heel is really stable and stops my foot from jerking from side to side when I run stopping me from spraining my ankle.. super grippy soles so I don’t slip and also the shock absorption means I cannot feel any shock even if I’m running on rock hard ground.

  1. Very poor! I ordered a pair a couple days ago and just got them today but I am really disappointed in them. I thought that they would be good seeing as they are from Newbalance but I am really disappointed in them. They have been made really shoddily and are already falling apart at the seams. They are really tight on my feet even though I actually bought them one size up from my usual size. Finally, the soles are super thin so I am not holding my breath that these will absorb any shock. I think I am going to take them back to sportsdirect immediately!

  2. Newbalance has gone downhill!
There is a reason why these shoes are so cheap… it because they are rubbish. I bought a pair of these exact same ones a couple weeks ago and they were beyond bad. The sole was really lousy and did not absorb any shock.. it felt as though I was running barefoot… whats more my heel kept on moving around because there was no stability in the upper. Also by the picture these shoes look as though the toe box is big but in actual fact is very narrow and bunches up your toes which is not good for them.
Trust me Newbalance shoes have gone downhill recently they are nowhere near as good in quality as they once where a few years ago.
